Shit I’m not creative enough to make up or a series of unrelated events or every time someone tries to tell me it’s not about race.

#poverty creates robbery #nothing forces rapists to rape

it’s truly sad too many ppl don’t get this. absolutely nothing forces anyone to r*pe. poverty and the need to survive creates a need to steal, which has existed well before antiblackness, might i add. this whole poem was great so i’m reblogging again lol, thanks for adding my tags.

whenever people say they dont like cats because they dont happily greet you at the door i give them the stinkiest eye

I played this and Hank attacked me, then Diana ran in then they both started crying. What the hell?

Ignorance can be bliss—but don’t you just love knowing that there’s amazing power and wicked technology inside every Ford? Let AND Is Better whisk you away to your happy AND spider-free place.

what does this have to do with cars?

Um, I like that I know what I look like naked. I like naked. What is this ad?!

About

After losing the band she loved, and losing the husband she loved even more, Lady Laura had no where to go but up. And down. And up. Then maybe down again. But then up. And up. And up.

Formerly of the Chicago band I Fight Dragons, Lady Laura has struck out on her own to write about what it means to lose nearly everything that she thought defined her, and how she could rebuild. Her debut album, JEZEBEL, chronicles this journey with only her voice and her piano to focus on what it means to really be solo and alone. The results are songs that are emotionally raw, revealing, and, in the end, empowering.
